I’ve been cutting my own hair for the last 10+ years and have used a fair amount of clippers. I have thinning hair on top so I always use a number two guard on the sides and a number three guard on top. The side always cuts well however running the Clippers over the top of my head is normally where I see problems. Cheaper clippers tend to either pull the hairs or miss them so I have random long hairs on the top of my head. These clippers were quiet, cut, smooth and didn’t leave any stray hairs on the top of my head. The build quality feels excellent and is comfortable in the hand. Not having a power cord is awesome and the battery seems to last a long time between charges. One thing to keep in mind is that the guards only go up to a No. 4 (1/2” or 12mm). These have been hands down the best clippers I have ever owned.
